Returns + Exchanges

 

All sales are final.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made for merchandise credit within 10 days of purchase.

  • After 10 days, all exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • The exchanged item must be equal to or great than the cost of the original purchased item.

  • Orders placed Over the Phone, in our Flagship Boutique or at Truck Shows are subject to the same terms.

  • Resized rings, bangles and special orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

merchandise credit

  • Merchandise Credits are valid for 6 months from issued date and can not be used towards special orders.

Processing an exchange or a merchandise credit:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at 561-655-5000 or email sales@irenelummertz.com. They will assist you with a merchandise credit or exchange request.

  2. Item(s) should be shipped using Fedex and insured for the full amount of the purchase. Please include all original packaging, jewelry boxes and/or pouches.

  3. Please note items showing signs of wear or have been altered, re-sized or damaged in any way cannot be exchanged. You will be contacted by our customer team member if there are any questions related to the merchandise being received.
